A Few Next Steps
Below are a few ways you can grow in your relationship with Christ and get plugged in at Lakeshore.
Salvation is the greatest decision you will ever make!
The first step in following Jesus is Salvation. Salvation is a gift from God that we can only receive through Faith. If you are ready to take this step, want to learn more, or have already given your life to Christ and would like some resources to help click the link below.
The first step after a commitment to Jesus is the act of baptism.
Baptism is a symbolic and public proclamation of our faith in Jesus. Through baptism, we represent Jesus’ death, burial, and resurrection by being briefly submerged under and then rising out of the water. Baptism is one of the most meaningful next steps you can take.
What is a Connect Group?
Connect Groups are small gatherings intentionally designed for the purpose of growing spiritually and connecting relationally. The goal of these groups is discipleship to grow spiritually to see love confirmed, hope renewed, and faith come to life. This is a great next step to create bonds in a small group setting that can last a lifetime.
Discover Lakeshore is…
an event designed for those who are new to any of our Lakeshore campuses and who want to learn more about the church. This is an opportunity where you can hear the vision and mission of our Church, meet the pastors, staff, and ministry leaders. You will also be able to connect with others who are learning about our Lakeshore family. Attending Discover Lakeshore will provide you with information and directions on what next steps and opportunities we have here for you and your family.

Are you conisdering making Lakeshore your home?
Membership is not simply based on attendance or how long you have been coming, but we view membership as a covenant relationship between our pastors and staff, and you individually. It is during a class that we will have a chance to express our hearts and what our commitment is to you as a church.

Serving
Serving is a great way to show God’s love to others. We believe part of living your most fulfilled life includes serving in a local church. Take the next step in joining one of our teams by completing our volunteer interest form.
L-Kids Check-In
Check-In volunteers create a welcoming environment and assists families with checking in, dropping off, and picking up children in our elementary and nursery/preschool areas.
L-Kids Elementary
This team invests in the lives of children who are in 1st through 5th grade by giving them the opportunity to discover and develop a passion for God through Bible teaching, worship, prayer, and games.
L-Kids Nursery/Preschool
This team serves children 6 weeks through Kindergarten and offers them the opportunity to hear the life-giving message of Jesus through Bible stories, worship, prayer, and hands-on activities.
Guest Experience
These team members bring a personal touch to our worship services by engaging everyone with a warm welcome, whether in the parking lot or in the Welcome Center.
Prayer Team
Our prayer team provides altar ministry during in-service gatherings and prayer covering for individuals, services, ministries and teams of Lakeshore.Â
Worship Team
The worship team facilitates a powerful, on-stage worship experience through utilizing the skills of vocalists and instrumentalists.
Media Design Team
This team creates visuals that add to what God is doing at our Church. This includes photography, graphic design, print and communication pieces, and social media.
Production & A/V
Our production team facilitates a powerful, distraction-free worship experience through the use of lighting, video technology, and audio engineering.
Connect Group Host
Connect Group Host are trained to facilitate small groups by creating environments where people can experience community, and grow in their relationship with Jesus.
Upcoming Events
Events are a great way to get to know others at Lakeshore and invite those you know so they can experience what Lakeshore is like outside of our four walls. We have events for all ages and around all three of our campuses. Check out some of the current events we have coming up.
