We are a multi-site church in the greater Charlotte area with one mission: to lead people into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ so that God’s love is confirmed, hope is renewed and their faith comes to life. In all families there is a measure of both diversity and cohesiveness. In that same way, all of our locations – while sharing the same DNA – look and feel a little bit different, but are still distinctly Lakeshore. 

Music and Teaching

We believe in developing great services that allow the Gospel of Jesus Christ to be presented clearly and gives the congregation opportunity to respond and grow individually. All of our services begin with about 20 minutes of music with a live band. Much of the music we play is by current artists like Bethel Music, Hillsong, Phil Wickham and Elevation Worship. We don’t expect you to know all of the words before you get there, and to help you follow along we display all of the lyrics to the songs. To minimize distractions, we dim the lights while we sing. After this, one of our hosts will share some announcements and ways to get involved. Finally, one of our teaching team pastors will deliver a Bible-based, Gospel-centered teaching.

Once service ends, you are welcome to stay and connect with others. In fact, we’d love that! If we haven’t had a chance to meet yet, we’d truly love to say, “hi” and get to know you! If you’re not sure where to start, all of our campuses have Guest Experience teams who are friendly, knowledgeable and would love to connect with you. Simply look for anyone wearing a lanyard.
