Lakeshore Re-Opening Plan
With the restrictions beginning to lift, we have started the re-opening process! After much prayer and careful consideration, we’ve put together a plan to begin opening our doors safely and with excellence. Now, as we move back into services at physical locations there are a few things you need to know.
We are still continuing with our Online services. We know that many of you have health sensitivities and concerns that will prevent you from joining us right away, and we want you to know that we fully support you in that. You jump back in whenever you feel ready.
For those of you who are ready for in-person services, you need to know your peace-of-mind is our top priority. Catawba and Gastonia have a 10:00am service, Tega Cay has a 9:00am and 11:00am service, and registration will be required as capacity restrictions make seating limited.
As we Re-Open, we do have LKids children’s ministry for our 11AM service at our Tega Cay Campus and 10AM for our Gastonia and Catawba campus when you register. However, if you are not comfortable with your kids going into a class or attend one of our other services then we’d like to encourage you to come to church as a family.
We sure do love you, and miss you, and we can’t wait to see you back at Church!
Changes To Our Services
We’ve been researching for the last several weeks to think through every last detail to make sure the campuses are thoroughly cleaned, that our traffic flow is setup in a way to minimize cross-contamination, and that we are doing everything we can to remain in compliance with state and local health guidelines. So, when you do come back to service, here are a few of the changes you can expect to see:
At all of our campuses you will see clear signage directing traffic flow, and encouraging the use of social distancing. This is going to be different, and we know you are excited to be back together (us too), but we need to respect the boundaries of those in attendance by following these guidelines.
To cut down on cross-contamination, we’re closing water fountains and removing Bibles, notepads and pens from the seating area. You’re welcome to bring your own (including a water bottle), or if you need any of these items, they can be requested at Guest Services.
We will not be passing offering bags, and will have giving stations setup where you can bring your tithes and offerings and we encourage you to continue using Online Giving.
Masks are strongly encouraged at our South Carolina campuses, and will required at our North Carolina campus. Masks will be available upon arrival.
Is Lakeshore Open?
Currently our Main Office, located in Tega Cay, SC, is operating by appointment-only. Our Sunday Gatherings will Re-Open on all campuses starting June 21st.
How can I continue giving if I am unable to attend worship gatherings?
Online Giving is available for your convenience. You may also mail a check to 130 Shoreline Pkwy / Tega Cay, SC 29708.
Will there still be online services?
Yes! We will still have Lakeshore online on Sundays at 10AM. You can watch from YouTube, Facebook, or by clicking HERE.
