At Lakeshore, we have been working to show our appreciation for our local Law Enforcement Officers and first responders around the 4th of July. The 4th of July is a busy time for our local Police and Fire Departments, so we want to let them know they are loved and appreciated. We are asking all campuses to get involved by bringing in snack items for our first responders. We are collecting Gatorade, Powerade, water bottles, snack bars (such as Kind Bars, granola, power bars), packs of gum, Chex mix, trail mix, and chips. Please bring your items to the Lakeshore Campus you attend on or before June 23. We are excited to show our support for our first responders and demonstrate how much we love our city and those who serve us.

Additionally, we cant do this without you! We need volunteers to come in on Wednesday, June 26 at 5:00 PM to help sort and pack the gift bags for the first responders. We also encourage all ministries, including Youth and Children’s Ministries, to write Thank You Cards for the First Responders. Let’s come together and make a difference in our community!
