Looking for a Church for Easter? You’re Invited, this Sunday!

COVID-19

Response

In-Person & Online SERVICES

In order to love and serve you and your family to the best of our ability, we have a pre-registration process for our services. Our Catawba and Gastonia campuses have a 10:00am Sunday service and our Tega Cay Campus has a 9:00am and 11:00am service on Sundays. Our doors will open 15 minutes before each service. LKids Children’s Ministry is available for all of our services. However, if you are not comfortable with your kids going into a class we encourage you to come to church as a family. There is no pressure to attend an in-person service if you do not yet feel comfortable. You can still join us online until you are ready to come back!

Register For A Service

Don’t forget to register for an in-person service this weekend! Children are always welcomed into service if LKids Ministry is not available or is at capacity.

Watch Lakeshore Online

Lakeshore Online begins is at 6:00pm on Sundays on Facebook and YouTube, and you can also join from LakeshoreCF.com.

In Person Expectations

We have researched and thoroughly thought through every detail to make sure the campuses are well cleaned, our traffic flow is setup in a way to minimize cross-contamination, and that we are doing everything we can to remain in compliance with state and local health guidelines. So, when you do come to an in-person service, here is what you can expect to see:

  • We will be continuing registration for adults and Lkids.
  • Masks are optional at our campuses. Masks will be available upon arrival.
  • We will be offering self-seating and social distancing is no longer required at any of our gatherings including LKids and LYC.
  • At all of our campuses you will see clear signage directing traffic flow.
  • We will no longer be taking temperatures when kids are being checked into LKids.
  • We have cut-down on cross-contamination by closing water fountains and removing Bibles, notepads and pens from the seating area. You’re welcome to bring your own (including a water bottle), or if you need any of these items, they can be requested at Guest Services.
  • We will not be passing offering bags and will have giving stations setup where you can bring your tithes and offering, and as always encourage the use of Online Giving.

We know this can be a difficult time mentally, emotionally, spiritually, and financially. If you would like to request assistance in some way, please reach out to us!

If any of the following applies to you, please worship with us online:

In the last 14 days you have tested positive, have experiencing symptoms, or have had a known exposure to COVID-19.

If you are in a “high-risk” group, or you care for someone who may be at “high-risk” for severe illness until you feel comfortable returning to an in-person service.

Is Lakeshore Open?

Currently our Main Office, located in Tega Cay, SC, is operating by appointment-only. Stay updated regarding our Sunday Gatherings by clicking HERE to subscribe to our weekly newsletter.

How can I continue giving if I am unable to attend worship gatherings?

Online Giving is available for your convenience. You may also mail a check to 130 Shoreline Pkwy / Tega Cay, SC 29708.

Can I still receive prayer at the services or from home?

Yes, we want to pray for you! At the end of service, we have a prayer team that is available to pray with you. You can also text your prayer request by sending the word “Pray” to (803)- 219- 8090, and we can connect with you digitally for personal prayer.

What if I am considered “high-risk”?

If you or someone in your family is considered “high-risk” for severe illness, we encourage you to continue worshipping with us online if you do not feel comfortable returning to an in person service.

Are campuses open for other activities during the week?

Weekday activities are returning on a case-by-case basis. For the latest updates on what’s happening, join our weekly newsletter.

Are Connect Groups allowed to meet?

Yes! Because your safety is important to us, it is recommended that in-person groups be limited to a small group. Groups can also continue to meet virtually.

LKids Services (Birth-5th Grade)

We have LKids Children’s Ministry for our Sunday Services at each service when you pre-register. LKids also hosts a once-a-month Wednesday night event at our Tega Cay Campus for 1st-5th graders.

LYC Students (6th-12th Grade)

MS & HS Students meet from 7:00pm – 8:15pm on Wednesday evenings at our Tega Cay Campus. We are using sanitation protocol for all games/activities in our in-person gatherings. Students can check in by entering in our lower level Student Center.

Ways To Respond

Help Someone

You could help someone with grocery shopping, pick up any filled prescriptions, order or make them a meal, zoom call someone through out the week, and pray for those effected or at risk. Offer your expertise to tutor online for families trying to educate their kids now that they are at home. Check on our elderly or physically vulnerable in our community by giving them a call and letting them know you’re thinking about them and ask how they are doing.

Pray For Others

For our leaders during this time as they continue to make decisions. For protection of our community—for the most vulnerable of our population (elderly, homeless, children, etc.), and for healthcare workers and first responders. For provision for the financially at-risk in our community— hourly wage-earners, musicians, hospitality industry, and small businesses.

If I Am Sick

If you are feeling sick, stay home except to get medical care. Pray, separate yourself from other people and monitor your symptoms. We know this can be a difficult time, so reach out for prayer or help by calling our office 803-548-2755 or submitting a request.
